A team from Atlas Tower Kenya met students from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point at the Nyumbani Children home to guide them through the Public Participation Process in Kenya.
University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point introduced Atlas Tower Founder & CEO Nathan Foster and as an appreciation to his Alma Mata. Atlas Tower assisted with the mentorship program.
Public Participation Process is an entrenchment in the Kenyan Law Act of 2010 and thus a critical aspect during Site Acquisition. This also makes sure that Community Cultures, Beliefs, Practices and Interests are observed and adhered before, during and after the project implementation phase.
