Soccer Without Borders
Atlas Tower is a proud sponsor of Soccer Without Borders. SWB believes in the power of soccer, the world’s universal language, to create positive change for individuals, families, communities and the world. They envision a more inclusive world where all young people have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Soccer Without Borders contributes to this vision through innovative youth-development programs for under-served youth in the United States and around, creating avenues for growth, inclusion, and personal success.
This event was held at Aurora West Middle School. Teams from Greeley and Aurora played in a soccer tournament. A handful of Atlas Tower employees came together to provide lunch for all the kids and show their support. Since 2006 they have been using soccer to promote a positive change in the community! Atlas Tower employees had a blast that day handing out lunches and snacks to the kids, rooting for their favorite team, and supporting the kids! The main focus was sportsmanship, and having fun. Each player and coach made that a point of emphasis even while those competitive juices were flowing. Atlas Tower looks forward to sponsoring another SWB event in the future.
