The Atlas Towers Annual OHS Awards & Dinner 2025

Safety represents a fundamental value that Atlas Towers considers its highest priority. The Annual Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Awards & Dinner 2025 in Kenya became our joyous occasion to honor those who exceed workplace safety standards and maintain high organizational standards.

The gathering united leaders with safety champions and industry professionals nationwide to celebrate achievement, inspire, and connect.

Our event welcomed outstanding guest speakers  who shared essential knowledge and professional expertise:

Victor Omondi Okello – Gravity Training

The speaker presented significant approaches to safety education along with workforce readiness programs.

Gladys Nyaga –  Safaricom Safety Lead

Presented important views about corporate safety culture and leadership from her perspective.

Gideon Mutua – First Aid Trainer

Training combined with preparedness plays a critical role in saving lives.

Ken Muriiki – Eni Kenya Oil and Gas

Presented safety best practices that operate within the energy sector.

Richard Delport – GSM Towers

The presentation focused on the current developments in telecom infrastructure safety standards.

The evening recognized outstanding safety accomplishments while celebrating team spirit and organizational resilience which defines Atlas Towers as an industry leader.

Every technician, manager, and team member is dedicated to safety and earns our admiration daily. The event demonstrated that safety excellence requires a joint effort from everyone involved because it benefits the entire community.

A driving force behind this initiative is Atlas Towers’ Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder, Randi Clendennen. Randi personally takes the time to thoughtfully identify and invite each guest speaker, ensuring every session delivers authentic insight and tangible inspiration. Her passion for creating a space where women can be heard, supported, and empowered is at the heart of the Women in Wireless. She is deeply committed to fostering a culture where women lift one another up, share their stories openly, and learn new ways to thrive by drawing from each other’s lived experiences.
For each call, we invite an inspirational female guest speaker to share her journey, from the challenges she has faced to the lessons she has learned along the way. Our speakers have included Olympians, business leaders, and entrepreneurs from a wide range of industries, each offering valuable insight into resilience, leadership, and perseverance.
These conversations provide more than just career advice; they foster mentorship, encourage open dialogue, and empower the women of Atlas Towers to envision new possibilities within their own professional journeys.
